Medicare Africa Expo & Conference is an exhibition focusing on medical equipment, scientific and laboratory instruments, hospital furniture pharmaceutical products and services to be hosted by Medicare Africa Ltd. It builds on the success of four years of successful exhibitions which have attracted exhibitors from around the globe interested in the African market.

CLEARING AND FOWARDING

The organizers have appointed Gilfreight cargo services Ltd as the official clearing and forwarding agent. The exhibitors are advised that:-
1) It is a customs requirement that a security bond must be executed with an insurance company or a bank for exhibition goods brought into the country from outside. No duty is required for goods brought into the country for exhibition purposes. However this kinds of goods must be shipped back to their origin.

2) The exhibitor is required to pay duty for imported exhibition goods if he intends to sell the same during the exhibition.

3) Copies of shipping documents should be with the clearing agent at least 14
days before the exhibition starts to ensure quick clearing at the port of entry.

Local rate: sh 90,000 +VAT

International rate: $2,500 inclusive of:
